PolyglotFormFill reads a form in one language and fills it from your data in another — PDFs, Word, Excel, and web forms. Everything runs on your device; we never see your data. When you submit, it goes straight to the recipient you chose — never through us.
A flat PDF with no form fields — or even a photo or scan of one — becomes a real, fillable form in seconds. No “print, hand-write, re-scan.” No uploading it to some website to do it.
Point it at a PDF that has no fillable boxes, or even a picture of a paper form. On-device OCR reads the layout, finds where every field belongs, places real form fields there, and fills them from your vault — all on your machine, nothing uploaded. Then export a clean, filled PDF.
OCR, translation, filling and signing run locally. Your data never travels to us or anyone.
Fill an English form from your data in another language. Translation happens on your device.
Fills .docx and .xlsx forms — named fields or flat labels — and can export a PDF.
Answer a new field once; it's remembered — encrypted, on your device — for next time.
Non-delegable, device-bound signatures with verifiable provenance. Nobody signs on your behalf.
Unlock with a passphrase or a hardware passkey (WebAuthn). The key is never stored — not even by us.
The extension fills web forms; the desktop app holds your keys as a hardened trust anchor.
Governments and institutions publish forms in one language; people hold their details in another. PolyglotFormFill bridges that gap on-device — starting with English ↔ Hindi, with more to come.
A one-time, per-device license — verified offline on your device, so there's no activation server and not a single network call. Free during the public beta; the prices below take effect at launch.
Free while in beta. At launch, Pro is a one-time Ed25519-signed license bound to your device and verified locally — no activation server, no phone-home. Prices in USD; local taxes may apply.
Add the browser extension for web-form autofill, or install the desktop app for the full, hardened experience. They work together.
Beta downloads (hosted on Oracle Cloud). The Windows build is unsigned — Windows warns “unknown publisher” (More info → Run anyway). The extension installs via developer mode for now; store listings are in progress. macOS & Linux next.
Your data is processed on your device and is never sent to us. The only things that leave are actions you take — submitting a finished form (straight to its recipient) or a web search you type. Those go directly to their destination, never through us. That's the whole list.
